the bed was comfortable and the bedsheet and towels were clean. I appreciated the convenience of being able to pay and get a refund through my Singapore account. the apartment had good WIFI, air conditioning, a fan, and well-stocked kitchen utensils. the agent was very prompt in responding after check-in and the friendly security staff helped resolve any check-in problems. the apartment was also beautifully decorated with top-spec imported appliances, making it feel like a modern family home. the city views were stunning both during the day and at night. I also loved the washer and dryer with electric operated hanging lines. the clear check-in/out policy booklet and tight security made me feel safe during my stay. the location was perfect, with easy access to a variety of eateries and close proximity to historical attractions.
