Great shared area and facilities, beautiful location, amazing breakfast, large and clean rooms and bathrooms, convenient for hot springs and waterfall trail, worth the price, complete facilities, friendly and helpful staff, safe for solo female travelers

Our recent stay at Poring Hot Springs was an unexpected blessing. The spacious bunk bed room provided us with comfortable beds and ample space. We enjoyed the gentle background noise of the nearby river while staying at the River Lodge. The well-lit rooms and common areas added to the pleasant atmosphere. The unique showers and hot tub offered a different experience. We were pleasantly surprised to find a lack of mosquitoes in the area. The staff was accommodating, even allowing us to check-in late at night. The on-site restaurant at Sutera Sanctuary Lodges offered a clean and well-kept dining option with a menu that catered to various preferences. Security was not a concern during our stay. we would highly recommend this hotel for a nature getaway with the family.

While the accommodation and amenities at Poring Hot Springs were mostly enjoyable, there were a few drawbacks. The curtains at the lodge did not provide complete privacy, which could be a slight challenge at night.
