During our stay, we were delighted by the charming decor and unique design of the building. The location was excellent, with easy access to delicious food and major attractions. Despite the small size of the rooms, the hotel managed to create a cozy and comfortable ambiance. It was also a plus that the hotel offered designated parking. we had a wonderful experience at Rare Heritage House and would highly recommend it for a memorable stay.

The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with unique brass fixtures in the shower and sink. The staff is attentive and kind, offering excellent service. And don't miss the in-house cafe, Merry Me, for a glorious ice cream experience with flavors like salt duck egg and Oreo. Plus, the hotel is within close proximity to famous street art and other attractions.

The staff were professional and friendly, ensuring that all basic amenities were provided and making us feel well taken care of. The location was perfect, just near the fort in the city, with many tourist sites nearby and restaurants/cafes within walking distance. The breakfast options were great, including choices for vegetarians, and were included in the stay.

Mind-blowing location! The center of Penang at your fingertips, with loads of restaurants, cafes, and attractions nearby. The restored colonial building adds a touch of history to the stay. The second-floor room was spacious, bright, and had good air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The small fridge was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy, and the shower had great water pressure. a fantastic experience!

The hotel offered some complementary drinks and snacks which were nice. The location was convenient and close to many attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi.

The rooms were quite small and not well-maintained. I encountered issues with the TV and air conditioning during my stay.
