I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The location was perfect, as it was just a bridge away from a big shopping complex. It made it really convenient for me, especially since I was traveling with my kids. I felt safe bringing them to the mall opposite the hotel. The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities I needed. The price was definitely worth it.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the spacious and clean rooms. The shower had great water pressure, much better than what I'm used to in the UK. The room also had an ironing board and tea/coffee facilities, which was convenient. Additionally, the hotel's location near Putra station made it very easily accessible and convenient for exploring the city.

I must say that the breakfast quality was not up to par. Although there was a lot of choice, the food mainly catered to Malaysian clientele and wasn't of the best quality.

The staff was very helpful and the location was perfect, within walking distance to the train station and mall. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Efficient check-in and staff accommodated our request for early check-in and to have rooms on the same floor. Very clean and spacious rooms with a 5-star ambiance. Great location next to a mall with restaurants, shops, hairdressers, supermarkets, and cash points. Conveniently located in front of an MRT metro station, making transportation to the city center easy. Stunning views of the KLCC Towers from the rooms.

I recently stayed at Seri Pacific Hotel for 4 nights during a business trip. The hotel's central location and proximity to my favorite locations made it convenient for me to get around. The lift provided easy access to my spacious room, which had a bathtub and hot water for a relaxing soak. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the food sold at the drive-thru counter was both tasty and affordable. Additionally, the hotel's ample parking and proximity to a mall made my stay even more convenient.

I do recommend this hotel.

Convenient location for events, close to venue. Easy walk to event.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel here and it was a great experience. The location is perfect as it's very close to two train stations that are just 3-4 stops away from the busy touristy areas. The hotel offers a great range of room amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and helpful, making my stay very comfortable. Their leisure facilities such as the swimming pool, fitness studio, and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel could use some improvement in their customer service; however, I would still highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this city.

The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, as it was right next to the convention center and had a connecting bridge to a mall and train station.
