The room had a nice view and was well lit, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel was located conveniently near the night market, mall, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of cuisines, including European, Chinese, and Malay treats.

The room felt outdated with old carpet and furniture, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Some of the staff members were not as attentive or knowledgeable as expected, leading to confusion and a lack of proper service.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the perfect room cleanliness and the warm and polite staff. The housekeeping service was exceptional, and the rooms were kept spotless throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also a highlight, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, we loved the nice pool and gym facilities, which provided a perfect way to relax and stay active during our vacation.

One aspect that disappointed us was the lack of entertainment or program during the Christmas eve dinner. We were hoping for some festive activities or performances to enhance the holiday experience, but unfortunately, the hotel did not offer any.

I got great value for my money at the hotel, with a stunning room and luxurious amenities. The location was perfect, right in the city center, close to malls and the Twin Towers. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Razali, who always had a smile on his face.

The morning meal could have been improved by having a faster drainage system in the bathroom.
