As foreign tourists, we really appreciated the convenient location of Raia Hotel, being less than 2km from the airport. This made it easy for us to catch our early morning flight without any stress. The hotel also provided a comfortable bed and a good spread of breakfast, including local delicacies, which was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there is a separate swimming pool for muslimah, catering to the needs of all guests.

We felt truly looked after during our stay at Raia Hotel and Convention Centre Terengganu, and had no complaints.

We had a great stay here! The location of this place is very convenient, as it is close to the airport and easy to get to. We were pleased with the room amenities, which included air conditioning, a mini-bar and a flat-screen TV. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great leisure centre, with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as a fitness centre and a spa & wellness centre. There are plenty of options for dining and drinking, and the free wi-fi was a nice touch.

Clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds. Convenient location with lots of power outlets and good internet. Spacious bathroom. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel for a business overnight stay in KT. a satisfactory experience.

The rooms are spacious and cozy, with friendly and kind staff. They offer a free shuttle bus to the city center, which is useful since public transportation is limited to taxis. The bellboys provide excellent customer service, going out of their way to be helpful. The kiddy pool is well-maintained and the staff, especially Amir, ensures the kids can enjoy their time in the water. The location is strategic, near the airport and with easy access to taxis and Uber. There is also a bar lounge on the ground floor with affordable meal options.

The room was clean and spacious, located close to the city centre. Food was good and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The quad room had an iron unit and the bathroom was clean. Friendly and professional staff. Very close to the airport.

There were some issues with specific facilities such as the closure of the kids' swimming pool for renovation without prior notice. Additionally, there were limitations on the depth of the female swimming pool, which may not be suitable for children to play.

The weekend experience at this hotel was great! the complementary breakfast was yummy and the pool area was so relaxing. the location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city and close to all the fun activities. the room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the views from our balcony.

The hotel could use a bit of maintenance. Some areas seemed a bit rundown and could use some sprucing up.
