I had a great experience staying at Raia Inn. The hotel was basic, but it provided excellent value for the price. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast offered a variety of Middle Eastern dishes that I had never tasted before. Additionally, I enjoyed the character of the hotel, with local style shops in the forecourt. The location was also convenient for an overnight stay close to the airport. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is situated opposite a variety of food hawker stalls, making it convenient for guests to find delicious meals. it is very near to the airport, which is perfect for those who are traveling by plane. The rooms are spacious and suitable for families, ensuring a comfortable stay. The check-in process is smooth, providing a hassle-free experience for guests.

The maintenance of the building and furniture is poor, with the carpet in some rooms being smelly and damaged.

The staff at Raia Hotel Penang were welcoming and accommodating. The wifi connection was excellent, and using WAZE Apps made it easy to find the hotel. The location was also convenient, with popular restaurants nearby. The mini freezer in the room worked well, and the bed was comfortable. it was a fairly comfortable stay for us as a couple.

The room size was great and perfect for a romantic escape. We had plenty of space to move around, and the facilities inside were excellent. We even had a mini fridge and some complementary items like Al-Quran and Prayer Mat. the location was very convenient and easy to find, with ATMs nearby.

The food quality at the buffet breakfast and ala-carte menu could be improved. the nasi lemak and nasi goreng istimewa tasted stale, and some of the cooked items like the chicken wings looked undercooked.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel near a charming kampung area. The location was very convenient as it was close to the airport and just a short distance from the places I wanted to visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was friendly and accommodating. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a great view. it was a pleasant experience.
