Friendly staff and good breakfast with a varied selection. Clean and well-maintained property with a helpful sterilization sticker on the door. Nearby 7-eleven for convenience.

The location is fantastic with direct access to the Gardens Mall and plenty of local breakfast outlets in the basement. There are also plenty of good restaurants around. Super clean, convenient, and lovely staff. Perfect for food options and shopping.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right next to a shopping mall. Our room was comfortable and clean. Though the parking lot is shared with the mall which can be inconvenient. I recommend this hotel.

As foreign tourists, we loved the strategic location, spacious living room, and the option to rearrange the furniture for our big family. The staff were welcoming and helped us decorate the apartment for our niece's birthday. The kitchenette was well-equipped, and they even provided pots, culinary sets, and dishwashing supplies. The separate toilets and adjustable temperature in each room were great additions.

We had a great time at The Gardens! The location was perfect for us as young people, with a big mall right next door. It was so convenient to have shopping, eateries, and supermarkets within walking distance. The hotel restaurant opening 24 hours was a huge plus, especially when we were hungry late at night. The staff members were cheerful, helpful, and prompt to our requests. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. we were satisfied with our stay, especially considering the spacious room which was perfect for our family travel with kids.

One more advantage was the well-maintained facilities and amenities in the room.

Our experience was marred by a strong smell of food from the previous guest in our room. the hotel did not have any Christmas decorations up, which was a disappointment as we had hoped for a festive atmosphere.
