We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the historic centre. The location was ideal, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful waterfront. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even providing a cot and hot milk for our toddler. The breakfast spread was delicious and provided a great start to our days of exploring. The hotel also had a lovely patio where we could relax and enjoy the view. the hotel is conveniently located near the bus station, making it easy to visit nearby Portofino.

Some dust in the room affected my asthma, but overall it was a minor issue compared to the positive aspects of our stay.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful in providing information about the best places to visit and ensuring we had everything we needed for our excursions. We couldn't have asked for a better base to explore this stunning region.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They provided such personalized attention and were always there to answer our questions and help us with anything we needed. They even helped us with scooter rentals and recommended great restaurants. The property itself is really pretty and well-maintained, adding to the overall charm of our romantic escape.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. the noise outside our window was quite bothersome, especially during the night.

We got great value for our money at Ma Hotel! The room was comfortable and modern, with a fantastic double shower. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action, close to restaurants, shops, and the esplanade. The staff were amazing, always happy to help and providing us with lots of useful information about the area, including how to get to Cinque Terre. Plus, they offered us delicious coffee upon arrival and check out, making us feel very welcome.

Our Xmas stay was amazing! We were elated with the room – spacious with clean linens and a cozy atmosphere, the coffee machine was heaven-sent and we found it hard to leave the comfort of our room. the location was perfect; we were able to walk easily to restaurants, cafes and shops. the staff were very helpful in finding us a good parking spot. the view from our window was amazing and we were able to soak in the atmosphere of the town.

There were a few light switches that were oddly placed and we kept turning the lights on accidently. we didn't find enough variety in the breakfast spread which could have been improved upon.
