We had a great stay at this hotel. The high-tech features in the room were exceptional and made our experience comfortable and convenient. The staff was welcoming and friendly, offering us a choice of rooms. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was also very good. The selection and quality of breakfast, when we had it, were appreciated. we enjoyed the modern facilities and the friendly service at Citizenm.

Located excellently close to the metro, this trendy hotel offers amazing facilities to its guests. Rooms are sparkling clean with modern technology such as iPads to control mood lighting, blinds, and temperature. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, always there to help guests with any inquiries. Additionally, fluffy and extra large towels are provided in the bathroom, making guests feel right at home. The hotel is also next to a subway station, making it very convenient to access the city center.

The simple kids' menu is not available at the restaurant.

This place is amazing! It's located in a car free area so it's really quiet and peaceful. The service is top-notch and the room amenities are fantastic! The iPad controls just about everything in the room, from the blinds to the air conditioning. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The dining restaurant is also great, with delicious food and a really cool bar/lounge area. Plus, there's free coffee/tea in the lobby!

Controlling everything in the room with a tablet was such a cool and convenient feature. The location of the hotel was superb, situated in a modern and peaceful area of the city. It was just a short walk to the metro station and one of the best shopping centers in Paris. The hotel truly exceeded my expectations and I would definitely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience in Paris.

Liked the hotel's Christmas decorations, with complementary gingerbread cookies and hot chocolate provided in the lobby. The hotel was located near a major landmark, with a great view of the city. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were modern and clean.

Disliked the lack of privacy in the bathroom and sink area, which might not be suitable for everyone. The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the hot weather, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and moved us to a cooler room.

citizenm in nanterre was even better than my previous stay. the comfortable and cute room, friendly staff, and amazing decor made it a memorable wedding celebration. the smart room concept with ipad control and customizable lighting was impressive.
