We spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the festive decorations in the lobby. the staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile. the room was spacious and had a nice view of the river. We appreciated that the hotel offered a gym with good equipment.

The room was not cleaned thoroughly, with stained sheets and frayed towels. We had to make multiple calls for fresh towels and the concierge told us that housekeeping only comes if we turn on the "make up my room light".

The view at the sky lounge during sunset was amazing. The facilities were complete and the check-in and check-out process was fast and simple. There was plenty of parking space for guests. The bathroom had a bathtub, which is hard to find at this price range in Kuching.
