I had the pleasure of staying at a recently furnished suite at this hotel. The room was equipped with two comfortable queen beds, a hot water kettle, a fridge, and an AC. The mattresses were amazing, providing a restful sleep. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it was always tidied up before noon each day. I particularly enjoyed the green and inviting outside area, where I woke up to the pleasant sound of birds chirping. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk away from Cenang Beach and tucked away from the noisy main road. The free 24/7 WiFi was fast and reliable, and the pool was a refreshing oasis. I had a great stay at White Lodge.

One drawback was the hardness of the pillows provided, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, the limited selection of TV channels, only three local ones, was a small inconvenience.

Our stay at White Lodge was excellent value for money, with spacious family houses and well-maintained rooms. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the vibrant nightlife of Cenang and conveniently close to Cenang Beach, the mall, and recommended cafes. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to assist and greeted us with warmth throughout our stay.

The only improvement I can suggest for breakfast offerings is to provide a wider variety of options.

We loved the convenient location to the lovely fine white sands of Cenang beach, as well as being in the happening Pantai Cenang area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the excellent swimming pool. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and attentive.

Our Easter weekend at this hotel was fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised by the size, cleanliness, and comfort of our room. The air conditioning worked perfectly to keep us cool in the hot weather, and we appreciated having a mini fridge to store our drinks and snacks. The location was also ideal, with the beach and shops just a short walk away. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, allowing us to store our luggage after checkout and providing towels and soap for a quick refresh before our flight.

The only downside we experienced was with the bathroom setup. The shower was a bit too close to the toilet, causing the floor to flood slightly.

The hotel offered nice landscaped areas where we could relax and enjoy the greenery. The rooms were in good size and clean, providing a comfortable space for our romantic escape. The location was also very convenient, situated at the end of a small street off the main road. This made it easy for us to go swimming, shopping, and eating.

The housekeeping service was quite poor, as we had to call multiple times to get them to clean our room. Additionally, some facilities, like the living hall, only had a noisy fan instead of air conditioning.

The fact that it is not right on the beach made it a quiet place to sleep, which is perfect for low-budget travelers like us. The beautiful garden and friendly receptionists also made our stay more enjoyable. The location was good, not too far from the busy Chenang area, and we were able to reach it by walking. The swimming pool was nice and our kids had a lot of fun. the staff was friendly and very helpful.

We felt happy with our stay and had no reason to complain.
