Staff friendly and interactive. Trainee at guest services desk welcoming. Boathouse manager makes us comfortable. Food great. Room good with towel swans. Limited breakfast variety. Hotel location bit out of town. Two restaurants on property. Japanese one pricey. Chef Wong entertaining. Restaurant downstairs lousy at breakfast. Housekeeping can improve. No breakfast, but dinner was very good. Spacious room with comfortable bed.

The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect. Situated right in the heart of the city, it's just a stone's throw away from all the key attractions. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help and offer recommendations.

The pool area was a bit of a letdown. There were not enough sunbeds for all guests, and we found ourselves having to wake up early just to secure a spot.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the Terre Rouge area provided easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff who provided a wonderful service made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

I stayed at The Address Boutique in Baie-du-Tombeau for 5 days on a business trip. The food at Le Fourchette restaurant was excellent. The view from our superior room of the sea and river was very nice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had an early arrival at 7am and the staff allowed us to use the bathrooms in their spa and gave us access to our room during the morning. The location is very quiet and if you like staying indoors and in a quiet location then this for you, but then again you are on the most beautiful island why will you stay indoors.

Strongly recommend this hotel.
