The hotel was clean and well-maintained. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location, integrated into a shopping mall, made it convenient for shopping and catching a movie without having to leave the building.

Check-in was a disaster. the rooms were not ready as booked, and we were asked to wait and wander around for half an hour until they were cleaned.

Great stay, nice staff. We had a little issue with our jetted spa tub in the room, but it was quickly resolved on the first night. The front desk staff, Nicole, was incredibly helpful and ensured we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast at the hotel was always delicious and the staff was very courteous. On Sunday, a young gentleman went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during breakfast.

Although my expenses were already paid through my corporation, I encountered an issue where my credit card was wiped clean twice. The evening staff was sweet and helpful within their capabilities, but the sales manager was not as accommodating.
