The resort is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather in a fantastic location. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the resort offers fantastic facilities, including a gym and multiple pools, with the beach just a few steps away. One of the highlights was the delicious food, with great options available for even fussy eaters like me. we had an amazing experience at this resort and would highly recommend it.

That smoking was allowed on the grounds, which was unpleasant at times. the resort's location was quite far from the city center, which made it difficult to explore the area without transportation.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful grounds and facilities at Avani. The resort has stunning gardens and walkways, with a vibrant array of spices and even chickens roaming around. The kids club was exceptional, with a friendly and playful staff. The sports amenities were top-notch, and we loved the food and the pools. The beach area was fantastic, with natural shade from trees and plenty of beach chairs. We also enjoyed exploring the small restaurants on the nearby Bangsak beach.

While the resort itself was amazing, the service could use some improvement. Housekeeping didn't understand our room cleaning sign, leading to some confusion.

The well-maintained and luxurious facilities, combined with the helpful and attentive staff, made this hotel an excellent stay. the beach access and nearby restaurants added to the overall experience. the Spa & Wellness Centre offered exclusive treatments such as a full body massage and beauty treatments that truly fulfilled my luxurious needs.
