The staff at Oceanic - Grands Magasins went above and beyond to solve a plumbing issue in our bathroom. Despite their best efforts, they couldn't find another room for us, but they were still attentive and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. The location of the hotel is fantastic, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great price performance and the efforts of the staff.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to answer questions and provide assistance. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and cosy. Additionally, the hotel had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to book a table at a restaurant or arrange a shuttle. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from and the staff kept everything well-stocked. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many popular attractions and close to public transportation. I also appreciated the complimentary WiFi and the comfortable beds.

The room was a bit on the basic side, but it was clean and tidy. The only small issue was that the paper cups were not replenished after the first night, which meant that we couldn't make use of the tea and coffee facilities.
