I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and had a really nice experience. The location was great for getting around, with many beaches within a 10-15 minute walk. I also loved that it was right next to a market and close to the town center and bus station. The staff was excellent and very helpful, even though I didn't speak Spanish. They provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed, like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a nice pool area and good wifi. it was a really nice stay and I would recommend it to friends.

This hotel might not be for everyone, but I only stayed one night on my way to other places in Mexico and it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel room was spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping and good air-conditioning. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel's location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and a nearby grocery store and bank for convenience.

The hotel pool was on the smaller side, but we didn't mind as we had access to a bigger pool at the Club de Playa. Some of the beds were a little firm for our liking, but they were still comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

This hotel was mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, with a Chedraui store right across the street for cheaper snacks and drinks. We loved being close to the zocalo and beaches. The restaurant manager was amazing and helped us navigate the local area without knowing any Spanish. The pool and grounds were impeccably maintained. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a mini fridge and toaster provided. The friendly staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, and the meals at the restaurant were both delicious and affordable. Getting a taxi was a breeze, thanks to the central location. We had an unexpected earthquake during our stay, but the operations manager put us at ease immediately and made sure all the guests were okay. And can I just say, the young man helping us with our bags went above and beyond by changing our room to the first floor when he noticed my husband's difficulty walking. We were genuinely impressed and can't wait to return.

The pool area was a bit small. Some rooms did not have windows on the first floor, but the hotel was accommodating in moving guests to upper level floors with balconies.
