We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Tulum that offered beautiful ocean views and comfortable rooms. the hotel provided bottled water daily, and the beach was quiet and peaceful with natural shade from palm trees. Guests could enjoy yoga and relaxing under a palapa at the end of a long dock. the restaurant served high-quality food with a lovely presentation, and the staff were incredibly friendly and responsive. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience in Tulum.

We loved the hotel's location right on the beach, with stunning views of the turquoise waters. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were great, with free access to paddle boards and kayaks, perfect for exploring the calm waters. The continental breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, toast, and a selection of drinks.

For us, this hotel was ideal.

I recently had an incredible 12-night stay at a beachside hotel in Tulum. Casa Altamar exceeded all my expectations. This hidden gem offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, right on the beach and only a short drive from Tulum. the snorkeling experience in front of the hotel was breathtaking, with free access to kayaks and paddles to explore the magnificent coral reef. the restaurant served delicious and creatively cooked dishes, and the comfortable and well-equipped rooms were cleaned daily. what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional staff, especially Benito and Arthuro, who were always friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. I can't wait to return!
