The hotel's location was perfect, just a couple of minutes from the metro station and close to attractions like El Corte Inglês and the Gulbenkian Museum. The rooms were clean and modern, with great sound insulation and a stylish decor. The breakfast was delicious and included in the room price. a fantastic stay!

The staff at night could be more welcoming but the hotel provided a comfortable stay with excellent breakfast, helpful and kind staff, and a homey ambience in a quiet location. The hotel is also very accessible, within a few minutes walking distance from the metro and near restaurants and shops. It was great to see the normal everyday life of the locals going to work in the less touristy, commercial area. The rooms were clean and modern, and the front desk manager was accommodating by allowing an early check-in as our flight arrived earlier than the usual check-in time.
