I was shocked to find no fridge in my room. how am i supposed to store my gourmet snacks? also, the breakfast was a laugh—mostly pastries? and don’t even get me started on the slow check-out, it felt like forever. a small upgrade or welcome gift could have saved this trip, but alas, i was treated like a regular.

The breakfast offered a delightful variety of tasty pastries and fruits that fueled our day of exploration.

The restaurant staff were a bit too eager and removed drinks that were still being enjoyed, which disrupted our meal a little.

It's disappointing when you pay for one large bed and get two separate ones instead!!! No one made it clear that the AC controls needed to be requested, leaving us uncomfortable on our first night. More transparency would help!!!
