We recently stayed in a hotel in Chester and we were pleasantly surprised! The location was perfect for us, as it was just a short walk away from the main attractions and there was plenty of parking available. The rooms were spacious and the beds were surprisingly comfortable – having a good night's sleep was definitely a plus. We also appreciated the kitchenette and appliances in the room, as it gave us the option to cook our own meals and save some money.

That there were limited amenities available. The breakfast offered was just grab-and-go, and there wasn't a lot of variety.

The location was perfect, as it was very close to the city center and within walking distance of the racecourse. It was great to be able to easily access shops and attractions. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to the city centre, making it convenient for dinner and drinks. Despite being on the ground floor, we didn't hear any outside noise. The spacious room was spotless and had a lovely rainfall shower. We really appreciated the Grab and Go breakfast, which included freshly baked pastries, a wide selection of tea and coffee, fruit juices, and fresh fruit. The staff, especially Katie, were friendly and check-in was a breeze.

I also appreciated the little touches, like the free coffee and mini shop with supplies. They even left a birthday message for my boyfriend, which was a lovely touch.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, even getting us a discount on tickets for a nearby zoo. this hotel provided great value for money and was ideal for couples.
