They were always available to answer any questions we had and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. the hot water in the shower was a pleasant surprise, as it was immediately hot and lasted for the duration of our showers. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the major attractions in the area. We also enjoyed the beautiful grounds of the hotel, which had a tropical vibe and were a great place to relax and read.

One downside of our stay was the noise level at the hotel. We were disturbed by thumping music from nearby bars during the night, which lasted until early morning.

Had an amazing stay during the New Year's Eve period. the complementary champagne and city tour were a nice touch. the hotel is situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to access all the exciting events that were happening for New Year's Eve. the food was also excellent and of high quality.

Although the hotel is located conveniently, the area gets quite noisy on weekends until late hours. the Wi-Fi connection was also not the best, making it a bit difficult to get work done.
