The Jade Hotel exceeded our expectations with its fantastic staff and welcoming atmosphere. They made us feel like family, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel's location, just a 2-minute walk from Earls Court underground station, was perfect for exploring the city. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, with the added bonus of air conditioning. We particularly appreciated the reasonable check-out time of 11am.
