The communication with room service could be improved, as some guests had difficulties with English-speaking staff, leading to mistakes in their orders and billing.

The pool area was enjoyable and a good place to relax. the view from the room was amazing. the hotel is located in a quiet spot and offers a complimentary shuttle to the main town.

The room was outdated and cramped for the price; the furnishings were broken and in need of modernisation.

Value for money was excellent, with a beautiful pool set-up and a lovely suite. The staff provided top-class service, especially Felix, Gonzalo, Alba, and Markus. The hotel's location overlooking the ocean and Dalt Villa was breathtaking, and we enjoyed the option of partying around the pool during the day with great beats from multiple DJs. The food was amazing, and all the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Definitely recommended!

The gym was also small, lacking in equipment and space for a proper workout.
