We enjoyed staying at this hotel for many reasons. it is located in a lovely quiet wide street within walking distance to all the attractions. Secondly, the service was exceptional especially from the staff who were friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to help out and make us comfortable. Thirdly, the leisure garden area and facilities such as the TV room were great to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was gorgeous and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in for a long time. The hotel's cleanliness was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious. The location was ideal, close to the center of the city but still nice and quiet.

Staff were fantastic, so kind and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. Our suite was huge and so stylish. Bed was extremely comfortable, and there was a double shower and double sink. Plenty of space. Gorgeous garden area for guests, seating, little lights, included areas to sit undercover. Lots of eateries close by, but hotel in a tranquil area. Only 10 minutes walk from the station and shopping centre even closer. Perfect place to stay. Will definitely go back there. It is out of the hustle and bustle but still so close to everything.

The room was very small and lacking in privacy. the basement location and lack of soundproofing meant a lot of noise could be heard from outside the room.

Lovely staff, well-maintained building, huge and posh shower, walking distance to train station, amazing full Scottish breakfast, perfect base for exploring Edinburgh.

I had a fantastic stay in a spacious room with a modern bathroom. The staff were really helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great, with everything within walking distance and convenient access to the airport tram. The breakfast was tasty and there were plenty of gluten-free options available. The view from the hotel was also breathtaking.

The bed was actually two single beds pushed together, which was a bit inconvenient.

The breakfast was really delicious with a variety of options to choose from, including a veggie one. the free parking available right outside the hotel was convenient, as we had driven to the city. Plus, the location was great with easy access to public transport within a 7-minute walk.

The room decor was a bit worn out, with visible chips and scrapes all around. the mattress cover was too thick and soft for my liking, making it hard to sleep.
