We had a wonderful experience staying at this venue! The location here is stunning, with a stunning bay perfect for snorkeling and a rocky beach to watch the waves. The room service was top-notch, with excellent housekeeping and laundry service available. Additionally, there were many options for activities, including car hire and tours. The hotel staff are very professional and always willing to help with any requests we had.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for an ideal, relaxing beach holiday.

We had an amazing stay at Cielo Maya Beach. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. They were knowledgeable about the area and provided excellent service. The property and grounds were clean and well-maintained, and the ocean view from our room was breathtaking. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved having access to sun loungers, SUPs, and kayaks right outside our room for snorkeling and exploring the local marine life. The infinity pool was also a great option for relaxing. The breakfast selection was delicious, and the margaritas were the best we had during our stay. And we can't forget to mention the nearby cenote, Casa Cenote, just a short walk away. it was a truly special experience.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming, they were always happy to help us when we had questions about the surrounding area, and went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the free snorkeling and kayaking facilities which were provided for us right on the beach. The hotel was also in a perfect location, situated right at the edge of town, with easy bus connections to local attractions and amenities.

Although the rocky shore did have a certain charm, we weren't able to enjoy the water, which was a big drawback for us. the hotel's beach was poorly maintained, with unsightly algae in heaps along the shoreline.

Located right on a private stretch of beach, this tranquil hotel offers a perfect escape from the crowded areas of Tulum. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, even better than the photos. The tubs are huge and come with complimentary bath salts. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. There are hammocks on the pier for relaxing, and you can even get massages on the pier. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, and there is a beautiful cenote nearby for swimming, snorkeling, or diving.

The hotel experienced a power outage one night, resulting in no electricity, water, or food. The lack of staff and assistance during this time was unsettling.

The hotel is in a lovely location, really close to a Cenote and about 12 mins from town. The rooms are clean and elegant, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff is hardworking and friendly. The breakfast is delicious, especially the fresh guacamole and omelette. The hotel offers a beautiful ocean view from some rooms. The facilities include a beachfront property, hammocks for relaxation, and a spacious closet with hangers.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, from the friendly and upbeat desk staff to the attentive restaurant crew, were truly exceptional. The room was always clean and well-equipped with beach towels, robes, and a beach bag. The A/C and in-room Jacuzzi worked perfectly, and the view of the sea from the balcony was stunning. The hotel's location was also fantastic, with cenotes, ruins, and the city of Tulum all nearby. Plus, the included breakfast was delicious, and the on-site restaurant served excellent dinners. I can't recommend this place enough!
