We absolutely loved our stay at Louis! The room was incredibly spacious with ample storage, and the small terrace offered a stunning view of the market. The location was perfect, right in the heart of old Munich and just steps away from all the sites. The staff at Louis was exceptional, providing wonderful service throughout our stay. They even went above and beyond by supplying a comfortable bed for our dog, complete with food and water bowls. The attention to detail in the room design and amenities was impressive, making our stay truly luxurious. This is definitely a top-notch place to stay in Munich!

Additionally, it is conveniently situated near other iconic landmarks, allowing guests to explore the neighborhood and immerse themselves in the city's culture.

The reception area can be difficult to access, as it is located on the first floor and not the ground floor, making it less accessible for some guests.

Uncomfortable furniture in the room.

The rooms at this hotel are cosy, convenient, and spacious. The European-style atmosphere adds to the unique charm of the hotel. Bicycles provided are comfortable, new, and stylish. The location is perfect, with cafes, restaurants, and shopping malls nearby. The Viktualen market, right in front of the hotel, offers a great shopping experience. The NORDSEA restaurant serves delicious fresh seafood and fish from various European locations. Rooms with a view of the market provide a lovely sight with large French windows.

Felt like being at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The lobby had a beautiful design and created a romantic atmosphere for our stay. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and made an effort to address any issues we had with our room.- The hotel was conveniently located, allowing us to easily explore the city and enjoy delicious food from nearby markets and restaurants.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, which made it difficult for us to have a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection did not cater to our taste, with a focus on Asian dishes rather than traditional breakfast options.

Great location, walkable to attractions and close to underground. Clean, spacious rooms with friendly staff. Luggage storage available after check-out. Must try the nearby chocolate shop.

The hotel we stayed at for our city break really gave us a great experience. The room we were given had both a shower and a tub which was a plus. the hotel staff made sure to refresh our room with bath salts every day. The location was perfect for the trip, being close to nice restaurants and shops, as well as the main attractions of the city. Lastly, it was very thoughtful of the hotel to provide a Japanese tea set in our room which made us feel at home.

One thing that was a bit of a downer was that the roads were closed for pedestrians only which made it difficult to get to when we arrived by car. We were also a bit disappointed by the lack of comfortable beds.

I had the most luxurious and relaxing stay at this hotel. The exclusive amenities provided me with elegant advantages, such as the in-room breakfast and private facilities that were beyond my expectation. The Sauna area was impressive and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a pleasant night of sleep. The catering service was also a highlight, with a restaurant buffet and special diet menus to satisfy all my culinary needs.

The elevator security could be improved, as some individuals could access the floors without swiping their key card. This was the only minor issue I encountered during my stay, but it did not affect my overall experience.
