The front desk staff at City Express were incredibly helpful and kind during my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The free breakfast was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Hotel staff are rude and unprofessional. Service is poor, and you have to call multiple times for basic requests like room cleaning and fresh towels.
