Felt quite safe, no reason to complain.

Convenient location near airport with 4 AM shuttle service for 150 pesos. No restaurant, but excellent and reasonably priced room service available. Included breakfast not sampled due to early departure. Clean and helpful staff. Breakfast not a concern due to industrial area location.

We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the fact that the rooms were equipped with most amenities needed for a short stay. the location was close enough to get to our destination easily and we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

The room we were given had a strong smell and the bedding did not seem to be properly cleaned. we had some issues with the shuttle service and the lack of information provided regarding it.
