the only downside was the basement parking had a bit of a funky smell, but it didn't ruin our overall good experience!

Conveniently located and clean hotel with friendly staff. the bed was very comfortable and the amenities provided were plentiful. the underground garage was a plus, despite being steep and narrow.

The card entry system to the garage was difficult to use and caused stress when trying to enter. no free wifi was offered in the rooms, which could be considered a downside.

Our family stay at Quest in Werribee was delightful. the staff were exceptionally accommodating, and the family-friendly 2-bedroom apartment made our visit comfortable and convenient. Located near shops and dining options, the apartment's well-equipped kitchen and secure underground parking were beneficial. the clean, modern design and peaceful atmosphere ensured a restful night’s sleep.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more pleasant. The parking is convenient and the manager is attentive to guests' needs. it is a fantastic place to stay with excellent amenities and a great location.

The hotel staff were incredibly professional and accommodating. They happily fulfilled my request for an early check-in and even allowed me to have a late checkout. The room was well equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The staff made sure everything was clean and well-maintained during my stay.
