This place is so awesome! The location is super quiet and the rooftop pool area is mind-blowing. The cleaning lady is so nice and the room is really spacious. The AC and water pressure in the shower are excellent. The kitchenette and coffee maker were a lifesaver. The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Alex. The value for the cost is jaw-dropping. It's close to restaurants, supermarkets, taxis, beaches, and ATMs. We felt super safe and had a blast!

The value for my money at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was convenient, just a short walk to 5th Avenue and the beach. The staff at Condo Mar Arena were exceptionally helpful and kind.

Couldn't stay longer.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Playa. The AC was excellent and made the space very comfortable. The kitchen was good and allowed us to cook our own meals. The location was great, with a short 5-minute walk to 5th Ave and a 7-minute walk to the beach. The highlight of the building was the cool hut and pool on the rooftop, where we could hang out and relax. We definitely recommend this apartment as it offers great value in Playa.

We felt extremely welcome during our stay and had no complaints.
