We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right on the strip with lots to see and do. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bed and modern bathroom. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ensuring our needs were met. We were provided with new bottles of water daily, which was a nice touch. The hotel also had excellent security measures in place, making us feel safe throughout our stay. we had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

This place surpassed our expectations in every way. We can't wait to visit again in the future.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the great service and friendly staff at the hotel. the room was in good condition with no issues, and the location was perfect as it was right on the beach. Additionally, the amenities provided were great and added to the overall experience.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like. Secondly, the bathroom was not in the best condition, with the floor sloping upwards, causing water to accumulate in the cabin.

The value for money at this hotel was impressive. Our room was excellent, very spacious, and had an amazing sea view. The location was perfect, and the staff treated us with great care.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and tastier options.

gamma exceeded my expectations! the room was spacious with amazing views, the staff were helpful and polite, and the wifi was super fast. the hotel had great amenities like a beauty salon and gym, and breakfast lasted until 12 noon. it was my favorite hotel in acapulco!

keycard didn't work

We were skeptical at first, but Gamma turned out to be our favorite hotel in the area! the beds were comfortable, rooms spacious, and the staff friendly and accommodating. the hotel is big and busy, but the staff managed everything very well. We never had to wait at the front desk and there were always 3-4 staff members available. the room cleaning was impeccable every day, with a comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and good Wi-Fi. a wonderful beachfront hotel in a fantastic location! 🌴

I had a blast experiencing the diverse landscapes, incredible fauna, and tasty local cuisine. Also, being so close to the border allowed me to witness the amazing blend of cultures.

Paid a fortune for breakfast and got stung by a sea urchin with zero assistance. But hey, who needs proper first aid or a bucket of hot water when you can find cheaper alternatives and improvise, right?

We loved the beachfront location, stunning sea view from our room on the 17th floor, and the delicious Mexican buffet. The hotel's cleanliness, comfort, and quiet ambiance made for a great stay.

We had an incredible stay at a charming beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from everything we needed. The hotel may be older, but the elevator was surprisingly efficient and never kept us waiting. We enjoyed our meals at the nearby Jimmy's Bar and Pipo's, both serving fantastic food. The weekends may be bustling, but on weekdays, the beach was practically empty, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

The staff were always friendly and accommodating, and there were minimal waits at the front desk thanks to the efficient service. With three fast elevators, getting around the hotel was a breeze.
