Fantastic location, just a short walk from the ferry and right in the heart of town. Comfortable beds and delicious muffins for breakfast. Great value at the taproom restaurant. Complementary bikes provided. The staff was incredibly friendly, nice, and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We especially loved the complimentary bicycles that were provided to guests, which were stylish and convenient for exploring the area. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was easy to access downtown and just a short distance from the ferries to the island. Despite being close to the downtown area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests.

The bed and bedding at the Jared Coffin House were absolutely amazing. I had the best sleep in a long time. The location was perfect, as it was right in town, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff was outstanding and very helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk to restaurants and shops. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. the free continental breakfast was a nice touch, providing a variety of options to start the day.

The room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. the walls were extremely thin, resulting in a lack of privacy and noise disturbances from neighboring rooms.

The room temperature was uncomfortable as the thermostat didn't seem to work properly and the room was too hot. Additionally, the room was quite small for two people and the bed placement made it difficult to get in and out without disturbing the other person.

Our room at Jared Coffin House was lovely, clean, and tastefully decorated. The new bathroom had excellent water pressure and the tropical shower was a luxurious touch. We also appreciated the complimentary L'Occitane amenities. The hotel staff was always friendly and happy to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, close to the harbor and Main street, making it easy to explore the area. We also enjoyed the complimentary bikes and the light breakfast provided. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Christmas at this hotel was a delightful experience. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces upon arrival. the breakfast spread was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town, making it convenient to explore shops and attractions. the room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

There were a few areas that could use improvement. the bathroom fixtures felt a bit outdated and could benefit from an update.

I had a wonderful stay at a magical property on the island. the service was exceptional, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. They even surprised me with a bottle of champagne in my room for my anniversary. the afternoon tea service was a delightful touch. the brunch at ACKPrime was delicious and I also enjoyed visiting their sister property, White Elephant. the historic charm, convenient location, and the staff's attention to detail made it the perfect place to celebrate my anniversary. I will definitely be back!

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from ferry terminals and in the heart of everything on the island. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. The complimentary bottle of wine for special occasions was a nice touch.

Amenities were limited and outdated, with loud AC units and no blackout shades for bright morning sun.

The staff was outstanding and very helpful, from the front desk to the maintenance crew. Convenient location close to shops and the Whaling Museum. Loved the old house vibe and historical ambiance. Excellent advice on biking and dining options.
