During our recent stay at Crowne Plaza, we were amazed by the excellent customer service provided by the staff. One particular situation stood out to us - when our car had a flat battery, the hotel staff went above and beyond by using their own vehicle to jump start it. Their willingness to help and go out of their way truly made us feel valued as guests. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional customer service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Leon. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and location close to the center of town. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained. The facilities, including the pool, were top-notch. We felt safe with the underground garage and parking options. The location was ideal, with nearby bus stations and a big mall within easy reach.

Wonderful Hotel and Wonderful Staff

During my stay at the Crowne Plaza, I was greeted with warm hospitality and the staff made sure I felt right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and their excellent English-speaking skills made communication a breeze. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped, including a delightful coffee machine and hand-made chocolates. The bathroom was also impressively spacious, featuring a luxurious walk-in shower and plenty of towels, bathrobes, and slippers. The hotel's breakfast was fantastic, and I was also impressed by the pool area and gym facilities. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely want to come back again.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a safe and underground garage for our car, as well as parking in front of the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The location was perfect for our business trip, as it was nearby bus stations to go downtown and also near a big mall, providing us with easy access to everything we needed.

The rooms are large, very clean, and well equipped, with a coffee machine and even hand-made chocolates. The bathroom is amazingly spacious with a walk-in shower, and plenty of towels, bath robes, and slippers are provided. The staff is welcoming and speaks impeccable English. The breakfast buffet is brilliant and there is a great pool area and gym.

The concierge services could be improved with more knowledge about city travel options.
