I was grateful to have an English-speaking person at the hotel, especially while traveling in a foreign country. The location of this place was also quite convenient. Torreon is a small city, so you can easily get anywhere in no time. It was very convenient for exploring the town and visiting local restaurants for authentic food.

I had an excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza in Torreon. The hotel was like an oasis during my visit to see my brother at the hospital. Coming back to the hotel after a long day was refreshing and relaxing. The luxury amenities, including the pool, made it the perfect place to unwind and pamper myself. The staff was efficient, friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a great gym with new equipment and a pool with a jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and access various attractions. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a wide variety of options.

One downside I experienced during my stay was the noise from the air conditioning unit in the room. It was quite loud, and when I turned it off, the room became uncomfortably hot.

The location was okay as Torreon is a small city and you can get anywhere quite fast. The service provided was good, including room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. The room amenities were satisfactory with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services.

Although we did not eat breakfast at the hotel, the staff were very helpful in recommending local and authentic food in the town. This hotel is recommended for families as well.
