The hotel was very well located, right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk to all the main tourist spots and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the plaza. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

There was no air conditioning in the room, which was a bit uncomfortable during the hot weather. The fan provided did help a bit, but it would have been more convenient to have AC. Additionally, the front desk staff could have been more welcoming and personable.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with daily cleaning and fresh bedding. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast, included in the price, offers a variety of delicious options, including Mexican pastries. Free Wi-Fi and computer access are available for guests.

One downside is that the hotel's laundry service seemed expensive and resulted in clothes being damaged or lost.

We loved the balcony that overlooked the city center park and gave us fantastic views day and night. The hotel also offered great amenities such as room service, car hire, and shops. It truly enhanced our experience and made our stay even more enjoyable.
