This place was incredible! the views from the hotel were breathtaking, and the rooms were unique and rustic. the staff was very friendly and helpful, suggesting some amazing local restaurants nearby. One of the best parts was the location, as it was the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area, with lots of key attractions just a short drive away.

That the WiFi was a bit slow at times, but honestly, we were so busy exploring the area that it didn't really matter. the check-in process was a bit odd, but the staff made up for it with their friendly and helpful attitude.

The location of the resort in a castle offers a unique and historical experience. The castle itself is filled with interesting relics, giving guests a glimpse into the past. Additionally, the resort is conveniently located near many interesting places, making it a great base for exploring Tuscany.

The air conditioning was noisy and the bed was in poor condition.

The setting of the resort is stunning, surrounded by hills and beautiful Tuscan landscapes. The hosts were welcoming and gave us an upgrade to a spacious and luxurious room. The room was spotlessly clean, air conditioned, and had a jacuzzi bath and a huge bed. The resort has a gorgeous pool where we spent a relaxing afternoon. The location is ideal, being only a short drive from Pisa airport and close to Florence and other Tuscan villages. The price was great for the quality of the stay.

The staff, especially Carlotta, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for day trips and making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
