Great location with access to beach chairs and umbrellas. the breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was small and in need of some updating. the bed sheets, towels, and pillows were worn out and uncomfortable.

Great location, short walk from a beautiful white sandy beach with turquoise water. Free bikes and beach towels provided.

We were looking for a hotel on the beach, and El Paraiso Hotel exceeded our expectations. The lovely casual atmosphere, helpful staff, and generous continental-style buffet breakfast made our stay enjoyable. The location was excellent, just a few minutes bike ride to ruins and plenty of cafes within walking distance. Having drinking water supplied and plenty of beach loungers was a nice touch. The small, modern, and clean rooms were perfect for our needs. The beach club with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and food and drink service was a highlight.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, right on the beautiful beach in Tulum. It's inside the national park that surrounds the Tulum Ruins, which adds to the charm and atmosphere of the place. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable with screened windows on both sides, allowing for plenty of fresh air. The breakfast each morning was a treat, with a nice daily variation of options, and it was included in the price of the room.

I loved the location of this hotel, as it was so close to the beautiful beach. The fact that it was within walking distance to the ruins was also a huge plus. The staff were very helpful and the continental-style buffet breakfast provided was such a great way to start the day. The beach at this hotel was absolutely stunning, with white sand and crystal clear water. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. the staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making sure that our needs were met throughout our stay. Additionally, the beach club was a great addition, providing comfortable chairs, beds, and umbrellas for guests to use at no extra cost.

One major downside was the presence of sargasso on the beach. There were large amounts of sargasso, which emitted a terrible odor and turned the water brownish.

The hotel has an amazing location by the beach which offers stunning views. Guests can easily visit the Tulum ruins or enjoy dinner in Tulum, as it is only a short car ride away. The hotel also provides free bikes for guests to explore the area. Reviews compliment the friendly staff, great breakfast spread, and comfortable rooms.

Some guests expressed dissatisfaction with the shuttle service provided, as it was considerably more expensive than taking a cab.
