The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to drive to the ski slopes or the airport. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with nicely updated bathrooms that offer plenty of hot water for showers. Guests also appreciate the ample parking available, ensuring a space close to the unit.

Some guests experienced poor customer service, including a lack of communication and limited coffee supplies, which affected their overall satisfaction with their stay.

Great stay with everything we needed! Loved having a full kitchen with all the utensils and appliances for cooking. The balcony was a nice touch with a great view. Plus, being close to the activities in the area was a huge bonus.

There was a bit of an issue with the key. The replacement key did not work and it was a bit challenging to get help in the evening.

During my recent stay at The Pines in Sunriver, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room sizes that were perfect for my family. The location of the hotel was also great, offering easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and cooking essentials, allowing us to cook meals during our stay. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made our experience even better. I really enjoyed the access to the pools, hot tub, and the availability of coaster bikes and walking biking trails nearby.

While there were many positives to our stay, there were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. the beds were quite uncomfortable and felt like rocks, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I especially loved the fact that there were ample parking spaces available near our unit. Additionally, the hotel offered a convenient clock in the bedroom with power plugs and USB ports, which was handy for charging our devices. we had a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
