We had the most incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. Every single member of the team was kind, hospitable, and helpful. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, from the architecture to the facilities. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, down to the last hinge and bolt. We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness, as everything was spotless and felt brand new. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the bay. We also appreciated the convenience of the free valet parking and the fact that the hotel provided transportation options. The hotel's restaurant, Origen, exceeded our expectations with its delicious food and the option to dine outdoors. our experience here was nothing short of exceptional.

The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to fulfill our wishes. The breakfast menu was excellent and one of the best in town. The hotel offered beautiful balconies in all bedrooms and amazing views of the surroundings. The pool was stunning with trees providing shade and a peaceful atmosphere. it was a great experience for our family.

The room had a few minor issues, such as the inability to partially open the awning and a lack of complete silence due to the open layout of the room and bathroom. However, these were just small details and didn't affect our overall enjoyment.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location, beautiful design and pool, and the fabulous views of the Acapulco. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offered efficient restaurant service and the bell boys even cleaned our car. We were also able to check in early and have a late check out at no extra cost. a great experience for us as trekkers and friends.

I had an amazing stay at Encanto in the middle of the mountains. The view was breathtaking both during the day and at night. The food was delicious and the hotel provided a safe and enjoyable environment. There were so many activities to choose from, such as zip lining, beach trips, horse rides, jet skiing, and deep sea fishing. The staff went above and beyond, even sending a doctor to our room when my friend fell ill. The people were friendly and accommodating, making our experience truly unforgettable. Don't believe the rumors, this hotel is a must-visit!
