Beautiful room with stunning views, nice pools, and a short walk to the beach. Private area without pushy vendors.

We loved the access to all of the pools and the easy beach access. The condo was wonderful and had a beautiful view. We felt very secure during our stay since we went through 3 security checkpoints within the facility before arriving at the condo. It was fun to explore the tide pools in front of the hotel, we saw lots of fish and crabs both large and small. The property is very nice and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and we had a spacious room. The hot tub was also comfortable, although not conveniently located. The hotel is located close to a great golf course with low green fees. The pro shop was well-equipped and there were adequate practice facilities. The walking beach was pleasant for strolling. Although there were no onsite food or drink services, there were reasonably priced lunches and breakfast options within 4 km. I would recommend this hotel for a great family getaway!

The purpose of my visit was to relax and enjoy some time by the beach, and I couldn't have chosen a better place. The hotel had a gorgeous beach area that was peaceful and not crowded with vendors. The views from my balcony were absolutely tranquil, and the spacious room was well-kept and comfortable. The beds were really cozy, and the pool and hot tub, although a bit chilly, were still enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel had a great golf course just 4KM away with low green fees and a well-equipped Pro shop.

The facilities were fantastic, especially the pools and the beach. the pool area was well maintained and provided a great place to relax and cool off. the beach was absolutely stunning and offered a secluded and peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the property had a beautiful view, which added to the overall enjoyment of the stay. Being able to take in the scenic surroundings was a major highlight.

There were a few downsides to my experience. the noise from the air conditioning units was quite disruptive and made it difficult to sleep at times.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. I stayed for a week with my family and we loved our experience. The beach area was stunning and we enjoyed leisurely walks without any vendors bothering us. The pools were beautiful and the view from our balcony was so peaceful. The room itself was gorgeous and had a stunning view. Another great thing was the privacy of the area and the absence of constant vendors trying to sell us things. Plus, we saved a lot of money by cooking our own meals.

My family and I recently stayed at a wonderful beachfront property in Puerto Penasco. The beach was amazingly beautiful with lots of wildlife and it was perfect for our kids. We enjoyed collecting shells and the quiet atmosphere away from the crowded areas. The views from the property were great and our spacious room was well-kept. The beds were very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Additionally, there was a fantastic golf course just 4KM away with low green fees. The pro shop was well-equipped and the practice facilities were adequate. The staff at the property were wonderful and provided great customer service.

The private beach at Encanto Living Penthouse By Kivoya was absolutely stunning! It was the perfect spot for my family and I to relax and enjoy the peacefulness. We had a wonderful time searching for seashells and the kids had a blast exploring the wildlife. The secluded location made it even more special, away from the crowds.

I was disappointed that the Jacuzzis' in the rooms weren't warm and the air conditioning didn't work well. It made the stay a bit uncomfortable, especially during the hot days.
