The food at Encuentro Guadalupe was absolutely amazing! The chef went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The staff was lovely and accommodating. The location offered magnificent views and the rooms were beautifully designed. The outdoor fire pit on the patio was a nice touch. I had a memorable stay here.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of heated pool and the inconvenience of having to call maintenance for a fire, I would still highly recommend this hotel. The quiet and picturesque surroundings, along with the friendly staff and comfortable accommodations, made for a wonderful experience.

We loved the remote and relaxing location of this hotel. The unique pod-style accommodations and the comfortable bed inside were a great contrast to the harsh outside environment. The hotel facilities, including the two stunning bars and restaurants, were mind-blowingly beautiful. The customer service was beyond exceptional, with quick responses to our requests for rides to the car or pool.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the beautiful design of the hotel. the rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. the staff was friendly and accommodating. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the stunning views it offered. the location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. Additionally, I appreciated the availability of a pool and spa for relaxation during my stay.
