I couldn't be happier with the value I got for my money at this hotel. The room was bright, airy, and modern, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. The location was superb, just a short walk from Oxford Circus, and the staff treated me with such friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay.

Breakfast offerings could have been improved to cater to dietary restrictions, such as gluten and dairy-free options.

We were also glad to find a safe in the room to keep our valuables secure. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel provided plenty of towels for our stay, which was convenient.

We were disappointed with the breakfast offered at the hotel. It consisted of some fruit, a paper bag with orange juice, croissant, and yogurt.

We went to see four musicals and the hotel was conveniently located near all the theaters. The staff are friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, with breakfast included, we couldn't ask for more.

The hotel had recently been renovated, which was evident from the excellent condition of the facilities. the room we stayed in was quite spacious and the bathroom was top-notch. the hotel's location was a definite plus, as it was within walking distance of all the major attractions.

the staff at the reception were not very helpful and there seemed to be a lack of communication among them. We had requested extra pillows, but despite reminding them multiple times, they were not delivered to our room.
