Breakfast delivered to our room at an additional cost was amazing. The rooftop swimming pool was a great feature and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The hotel is situated in a great location, with easy access to a lot of good restaurants and cafes. As a solo traveler, I felt safe during my stay. The area around the hotel felt secure and I didn't hear much traffic noise, despite being in a tourist spot.

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, providing excellent room service and quickly delivering hot water for tea, free of charge.
