Our luxurious stay here was amazing! the exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations. the exceptional service from the staff, especially the concierges, made our stay unforgettable. Our Junior Suite was beautifully decorated and had all the modern amenities we needed. We received complimentary merchandise for our kids, and the room service was top-notch.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with access to beautiful pools and a nice beach area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, exceeding expectations with their stylish decor. The Family Selection staff, including the concierges, were friendly and helpful.

The facilities and staff were exceptional. The Junior Suite was tastefully decorated, and the room was comfortable and stylish. We loved the Nespresso, which was refilled every day, and the complimentary merchandise for our kids. The staff at the kids club and the concierges were outstanding and made our stay unforgettable. The location was perfect for exploring the beach and local attractions.

The food, unfortunately, did not match the hotel's luxury standards. The Xtra Time Sports Bar's cuisine was particularly greasy and tasteless. We also found the drinks to be subpar, with limited options for beer and alcohol brands. All in all, for a hotel of this caliber, we expected better quality and taste.
