I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Merida for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from a vibrant square and great restaurants. The staff at the hotel was incredibly polite and helpful, making me feel valued as a guest. The room I stayed in was comfortable, with a balcony that overlooked the swimming pool. The hotel also had excellent wifi throughout the property, which was important for me as I needed to work remotely. Additionally, the hotel had a beautifully decorated lobby and a fantastic pool. it was a delightful stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel. the key highlight was the excellent location, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore the downtown area and visit nearby attractions. Another great aspect was the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel incredibly welcomed. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the cozy and comfortable rooms.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. the room's TV was quite small and positioned in a way that made it difficult to watch comfortably from the bed.

Great location, close to the old center of the city but just outside of it. Easy to find by car. Clean and well-maintained hotel, with nice rooms and comfortable beds. Had a great sleep. The on-site restaurant offered a pleasant surprise for lunch, although there were many other dining options nearby in the old center of the city.

The entrance of the hotel gave the impression of a five-star hotel, but the rooms felt like stepping back in time with outdated furniture and plastic showers. Poor reception service, had to wait 30 minutes at the entrance.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It is so quiet and green, yet only a short walk from downtown. The rooms are beautiful, with a lovely balcony overlooking a green oasis. They are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff is really helpful. Free parking is available right next to the hotel, making it convenient for guests. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a new elevator that provides a quiet and smooth ride to the higher floors.

Not obvious to find, but once you do, it's worth it.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was conveniently situated near all the main attractions and made it easy for me to explore the city. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. One advantage that I particularly enjoyed was the serene and peaceful ambiance of the hotel. It provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our room on the fifth floor was large and comfortable, and we appreciated having an elevator after a long day of exploring Mayan sites. The location was great, just a short walk from the city centre and plenty of restaurants. The breakfast included in our tour package was delicious with lots of options. The hotel also had a pool, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Merida.
