The hotel is located in a fantastic area with plenty of amenities, shops, and clean facilities. The staff at surrounding businesses are impressive.

The hotel had excellent complementary features such as a gym and a pool which were well-maintained and always available. The location was perfect, with a nearby mall and plenty of restaurants to choose from. the staff was friendly, approachable, and ready to assist with any queries.

The only downside to the hotel was the distance from the historic district, which made it hard to move around since the hotel did not offer a shuttle service. , it would have been better if the hotel offered more information about the area or gave complimentary maps to help identify interesting local activities.

I had an excellent stay at Grand Fiesta. The hotel was newly renovated with a modern look and feel. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities I needed, and the maid service was top-notch. I especially appreciated the well-stocked mini-bar and the attention to detail in the bathroom amenities. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to a large mall and across the street from shops and restaurants. The club level access and complimentary breakfast buffet on the 9th floor were a great perk. The hotel's proximity to the airport was also a plus. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the hairdryer being put away each morning and the lack of complimentary coffee pods, my overall experience was fantastic. I will definitely return when visiting Puebla and highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a rare find, located away from the crowded city center and next to a large mall. It's a convenient drive to the new Paseo Destino bus station, making it easy to explore Mexico City and the airport. The rooms are nicely appointed with comfortable bedding and a spacious bathroom filled with marble. The staff is professional and the breakfast buffet is great. You can also enjoy amenities like a gym, small pool, and complimentary bottled water.

Some minor door slamming can be heard in the hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, and the sauna, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi were all well-maintained and clean. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service, making my stay here truly memorable. The restaurant was one of the best I’ve experienced, offering delicious buffet breakfast and special diet menus.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the TV remote control, which was a bit complicated to operate. However, this did not detract from my overall wonderful experience at the hotel.
