The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of most of Palermo's main attractions. The rooms are spacious and filled with natural light, offering a charming view of the bustling streets below. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and breakfast waiters. Additionally, the breakfast spread is impressive, with delicious made-to-order omelets and strong cappuccinos.

The hotel's overall appearance is a little down at the heels, with stained carpets and a few areas in need of maintenance.

The hotel is a gem in the city! the breakfast spread is amazing and the staff is really helpful. You get complementary Wi-Fi and bottled water, and they have an excellent spa service. the location is perfect, just a hop away from the main square and all the bustling shophouses. the hotel has beautiful architecture with stained glass windows and high ceilings, making it a real Instagram-worthy location.

The only thing we disliked was the noisy surroundings, especially late night noise due to the thin walls that couldn't muffle the sound. the aircon was rather noisy, but we did get used to it eventually.
