The views from the pool, terrace, and room were spectacular. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the valet crew and the service crew at breakfast, were friendly and helpful. The dining hall offered breathtaking views of the mountain and lake. The spa session was relaxing and highly recommended.

We had a great time during Easter! the room had a beautiful view of the lake, and the furnishings were cozy and comfortable. the breakfast had excellent gluten-free options and our morning coffee was always hot and delicious. We appreciated the shuttle service to the ski lift and the convenient ski shop where we could buy anything we needed.

The heating system was impossible to turn down, so we had to sleep with the window open and the noise from the street was extremely bothersome. We also had a problem with the coffee machine and had to call for maintenance.

The Romanoff restaurant serves exquisite food with fantastic service, creating a memorable dining experience. Service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant and food are fantastic, with a wide range of options including special diet menus and packed lunches. Cons: the only minor issue is some noise from public areas that can sometimes be heard in the room. this does not take away from the overall exceptional experience at this hotel.
