We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated on a high area overlooking the city, giving us stunning views every morning. The service was exceptional, with room service available at any time and friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a spa & wellness center where we enjoyed rejuvenating massages. We also appreciated the outdoor dining area, where we had delicious breakfast and dinner with a view. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. It offers a unique and luxurious experience with excellent service and stunning views of the city.

The food at Hacienda San Angel was absolutely incredible. Every bite was bursting with flavor and the presentation was impressive. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made our dining experience enjoyable. And let's not forget the unforgettable sunset views. Watching the sun go down over the mountains and ocean was truly magical. We also appreciated the live mariachi band, which added an extra touch of authenticity. I highly recommend Hacienda San Angel for a wonderful dinner experience.

The location of the hotel was breathtaking, offering spectacular views from every balcony. The staff were friendly and attentive, constantly ensuring that our needs were met during our stay. The food was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from.

Our room was broken into during our stay, which left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. Although the staff were helpful in assisting us with translations and giving us access to a hotel laptop, we were disappointed by the lack of compensation or gestures of goodwill offered by the hotel.
