We had a wonderful stay at Hacienda San Jose and were blown away by the beautiful setting. The buildings, rooms, and pool were all stunning and created a truly magical atmosphere. The size and comfort of the rooms were impressive, and the bathrooms were spacious with great amenities.

This hotel is a hidden gem far from the hustle and bustle. It offers a haven of tranquility, surrounded by jungle and plentiful wildlife. The room was spacious, featuring luxurious amenities, such as a private plunge pool, and superb toiletries in the immaculate bathroom. The service was impeccable; the hotel staff went beyond exceptional to provide a pampering service.

We had a minor issue with the air conditioning system as it was a bit loud. Well equipped restaurant and bar!

Spent Christmas break at a stunning hacienda in Yucatan, and it was a magical experience! The lush gardens were meticulously maintained, and the rooms were luxurious and unique. Loved the big bathrooms with plenty of top-notch toiletries, and the comfortable beds that allowed for a restful sleep. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. What a treat it was to start the day with a tasty breakfast that included many Mexican options.

The menu was limited, and some of the dishes were not executed well. the pool could benefit from more maintenance, and it was often crowded with noisy children.
